RISOTTO WITH ASPARAGUS

INGREDIENTS

arborio rice, asparagus powder (2,8%), asparagus points (2,4%), grana dehydrated cheese, rice flour, sea salt, granular onion, sugar, spinach powder, vegetal bouillon, parsley leaves, chopped leek.
It may contain traces of milk, gluten, soy, celery and nuts.

INTRUCTIONS

In a pan
pour the content of the bag into a pan. Add 800 ml of cold water. During cooking mix from time to time and, if necessary, add a bit ‘of water until cooked (17/18 minutes). When cooked, as you like add a knob of butter and a handful of Grana or Parmesan cheese and let it rest for 1 minute.

In microwave
pour the content of the bag in microwavable bowl with 700-800 ml of cold water for about 17 minutes at 660 W.
Mix occasionally and if necessary add a bit ‘of water. When cooked, add butter, parmesan or grana cheese as you like.
