WINE

We select high quality small and medium-size wineries primarily for the originality of their wines, for their potential, the strong link to the land and local traditions, carrying love, commitment and skills in producing what Italy does at its best.

Terrigena Italy operates as a sort of an export department for family run wineries; Terrigena is not an agent and offers you a single point of purchase for different wines of different Italian regions.

Among the selections, we also included excellent wine makers of Organic Wine or “Social” wine, the latter being wine produced in lands seized from Mafia organizations.

CLARABELLA

Cooperativa Agricola Sociale Clarabella
The Clarabella social agricultural cooperative was founded in 2002 in order to give work opportunities to those with psychological difficulties. Clarabella takes part in projects aimed at sustainable
development, among which farming, organic wine making, and tourism. The cooperative works at Cascina Clarabella, a farm close by to Lake Iseo and in the heart of the Franciacorta area immersed in the vine-covered land of the Sebino. On the farm is also the winery that produces Clarabella Franciacorta DOCG and Clarabella Terre di Franciacorta DOC.

Clarabella and its organic sparking wines produced with classic method
Franciacorta has for centuries been a famous wine-growing area and in that sense Clarabella is a young label that wishes to distinguish itself in terms of quality and ethical principles. The wine is produced following organic farming procedures respecting the land and within wide-ranging projects for sustainable, environmental and social development. Clarabella produces an excellent sparking wine with classic (champenois) method.

SCRALECA FARM

The “Griso”, a White Wine IGT Valcamonica, made primarily from grapes Manzoni (6.0.13) and a small percentage of Kerner. A fine wine, aromatic and fruity, which has an important body with good acidity, minerality and aromas of ripe fruit.
